In fact, while the lava stone stove has a timer that interrupts the heating, each user has to adjust the session times independently. In fact it is recommended to divide the use of the sauna into two mini sessions interspersed with a break and the hourglass can help in evaluating the times, since wearing clothing and jewelry is always discouraged.
