The service is provided by Beauty Luxury S.r.l. and is an e-commerce service. It is subject to the accessibility requirements of Annex I, Sections III and IV, point (f), of Directive (EU) 2019/882, transposed into Italian law by Legislative Decree No. 82 of 27 May 2022. The sections below describe how the service meets those requirements.

How the site works

Every page can be used with a keyboard alone. The first link on each page skips to the main content. The element you are on is always outlined, and menus, drawers, and dialogues return you to the control that opened them when they close.

Display settings, linked at the top of every page and in the footer, change text size, text spacing, link underlining, and contrast; your choice is stored only in your browser.

This page brings together the 18 replaceable components for the hot tubs in the range: Balboa Systems® control boxes and panels, pumps, heaters, filters, jets and plumbing components. These are original spare parts, the same ones fitted in production: compatibility is guaranteed on the reference model and requires no adaptation.

Identifying the part before ordering

On a hot tub most faults concentrate on three components: control box, heater and pump. Each carries a code printed on the body or on the label. For Balboa electronics this is typically a combination such as BP2100, BP2500 or BP6013. That code is the only reliable reference: two tubs of the same size may carry different control boxes depending on the year of production. Photographing the label before ordering avoids the error almost every time.

When to replace and when to have it checked

A filter, an LED lamp or a jet can be replaced without special tools. A control box or a heater instead requires a technician: these are live components wired into the tub's electrical system, and improper replacement voids the warranty as well as being dangerous. If the symptom is unclear, for example the tub does not heat, the panel does not respond or the pump is noisy, a diagnosis before buying the part is worthwhile: the faulty component is often not the one it appears to be.

Frequently asked questions about hot tub spare parts

How do I identify the control box fitted to my tub? The code is on the label of the electrical box, inside the equipment bay. That is the detail to send us for the correct part.

Do these parts fit all hot tubs? They are original parts for Beauty Luxury tubs. On other brands compatibility has to be checked case by case: many Balboa components are standard, but not all of them.

Can I fit the part myself? Filters, lamps and jets yes. Control boxes, heaters and pumps no: these require electrical competence and replacement should be entrusted to a qualified technician.

How long is the warranty? The warranty on hot tubs is 2 years. On spare parts bought separately, the conditions stated in the product sheet apply.
