Our products are made by hand to order, and production times are those of bespoke manufacture. This section gathers the 16 items that are the exception: already built, tested and in the warehouse, in fixed colour and finish configurations. They include hot tubs, saunas, Turkish baths, whirlpool baths and swim spas, from € 2.973 to € 16.682.

What changes against a made-to-order build

Two things, and they have to be weighed together. The first is time: a product in stock ships far sooner than one still to be built, and across a season that difference can matter more than anything else. The second is configuration: acrylic colours, exterior cladding and specification are those the product was built with, and cannot be changed. Anyone with a precise requirement on finish orders a bespoke build; anyone with a requirement on time chooses here.

These are new products

Worth stating because the question recurs: they are not used, refurbished or seconds. They are new items from the same production, with the same two-year warranty and the same standard specification as made-to-order models, tested before dispatch like everything else. The only difference is that they already exist, rather than being built after the order.

Delivery and checks before ordering

Shipping is handled by a specialist carrier and quoted against the destination, since these are bulky products arriving as a single unit. Two checks should be made before ordering, and they are the same ones that apply to made-to-order products: the access route from the unloading point to the final position, where gateways, stairways and patio doors are the most frequent constraint, and the supporting surface, which on terraces and floor slabs requires a load-bearing assessment by a structural engineer.

Frequently asked questions about in-stock products

How long does delivery take? Far less than for a made-to-order product, because the item already exists. Actual timescales depend on destination and carrier availability: we confirm them at the time of order.

Can I choose the colour? Not on these items. Acrylic and cladding colours are those the product was built with. For a specific configuration you need a made-to-order build.

Are they used or refurbished? No, they are new, with a two-year warranty and the same specification as made-to-order models.

Is the price different? Prices run from € 2.973 to € 16.682 and reflect the product, not the purchasing route.
