Squared hot tubs

The square shape: the most efficient footprint

For the same surface area, a square offers more usable water than a narrow rectangle and does not leave the dead corners of a round shell. That is why the 9 square hot tubs cover four to eight seats while staying between 160 and 240 cm per side. Prices run from € 6.100 to € 9.955.

How to read the range

Under 200 cm sit the compact models: the Hot tub BL-839 with 160 cm per side and 53 jets, the Hot tub BL-828, and the Hot tub BL-830 and Hot tub BL-830C pair, which for the same footprint carry 51 and 20 jets. Between 200 and 230 cm the middle band: Hot tub BL-816, Hot tub BL-802 with 111 jets, Hot tub BL-866. Above 230 cm the larger models, up to the Hot tub BL-876, which with 157 jets has the richest hydromassage specification in the range, and the Hot tub BL-817 with 8 seats.

Weight and installation

Empty weights run from 250 kg on the Hot tub BL-839 to 495 kg on the Hot tub BL-876. With water they go from around one tonne to over two, before counting the bathers. On a concrete base at ground level no special works are needed; on a terrace or floor slab a structural engineer's survey is required. All models install above ground, partially recessed or fully recessed, outdoors as well as indoors, with single-phase 220/240 V or three-phase 380 V supply on request.

Frequently asked questions about square hot tubs

Why choose a square rather than a rectangular tub? Because in a square space, whether that is a garden corner, a patio or a regular terrace, it makes better use of the surface. In a narrow elongated space a rectangular tub is the better fit.

How much space is needed around it? The side of the tub plus 50-60 cm free on every accessible side, for filter maintenance and access to the equipment bay.

Is the water heated? Yes, up to 39 °C, held all year round even with the tub outdoors.

How much does it cost? From € 6.100 to € 9.955, depending on dimensions and number of jets.
