A triangular whirlpool bath tucks into the corner between two walls, and that is the only reason to choose one, but it is a strong reason. In square bathrooms, where a rectangular bath would leave one corner unused and force narrow passages, the corner shape recovers usable floor. The two versions compared

The Whirlpool bath BL-510 and the Whirlpool bath BL-509 have the same footprint and the same specification of 8 jets across two positions: what changes is the depth of the shell, 70 cm against 65, and with it the depth of the water. A few extra centimetres means immersion up to the shoulders when seated; a few less makes getting in and out easier, which matters if an older person will be using the bath. Empty weight is similar, 80 and 85 kg.

Installing in the corner

You need a free corner of at least 150 cm per side, with the two walls square to each other: even a few degrees out of square leaves a visible gap that then has to be sealed. The connections are those of an ordinary bath: a drain, hot and cold water and a compliant socket for bathroom environments with earth and residual current protection. The front panel must remain accessible for reaching the pump: in a triangular shape the equipment space is more confined, so accessibility has to be planned rather than dealt with afterwards.
