How the site works

Identifying the component

Every part carries a code printed on the body or on the label. On a system of this complexity the symptom rarely points to the faulty component on its own: if the counter-current jet loses power the cause may be the pump, but it may equally be a clogged filter or a valve; if the water does not heat it may be the heater or the control box that drives it. A diagnosis before purchase avoids replacing the wrong part.

Work for a technician

Filters and small plumbing components can be replaced without special tools. Pumps, heaters and control boxes require a qualified technician: they are live, often on a three-phase supply, and wired into the spa's system. Improper replacement voids the warranty and carries a genuine electrical risk.

Frequently asked questions about swim spa spare parts

How do I identify the pump to replace? From the code on the pump body label, in the plant room. Give us the spa model as well: it helps distinguish the circulation pump from the counter-current pump.

The counter-current jet has lost power: is it the pump? Not necessarily. Before replacing it, check the condition of the filters and valves: a clogged filter reduces flow and produces the same symptom.

Can I fit parts myself? Only filters and small plumbing components. Anything electrical should be entrusted to a qualified technician.
