BL-108 is ideal for those who do sport and is adjuvant in health and wellness therapies thanks to the type of heat generated by ceramic tubes in the infrared range between 6 and 20 micrometers.
Use it with daily sessions of 30 minutes to get the best results, but you can also do sessions up to 3 hours per week.
