Spontaneous application
Opportunities arise when they are needed. It is better to get to know each other beforehand.
When a department needs a new person, we want to be able to move quickly. And those who have already introduced themselves are naturally among the first profiles we consider.
That is why we accept spontaneous applications even when there are no open positions. They do not end up in a forgotten archive: they become our starting point when a new opportunity arises.
We follow every project from the initial idea through to after-sales support.
We sell and support hot tubs, swim spas, saunas and steam baths, assisting customers throughout every stage: from choosing the product to after-sales support. Working with us means truly understanding what we sell, rather than simply browsing through a catalogue.
We are not always looking for the same type of profile. Tell us what you can do, what your skills are and where you think you could perform at your best: when the right opportunity comes up, we will already know who to contact.
A simple way of working, in every department.
- 01
Start with the priorities
Tasks and deadlines are already organised. You know what comes first, what can wait and where to focus your time.
- 02
Move your work forward
You have the tools, procedures and information you need to work independently and manage each task in an organised way.
- 03
Discuss things when needed
Departments work closely together. If you are missing information, you can quickly find the right person to speak to.
- 04
Update what you have done
Every task is tracked, so whoever picks it up next immediately knows what has been done and what the next step is.
- 05
Bring tasks to completion
The goal is not to accumulate things to do, but to keep them moving forward and complete them properly.
Tasks, working hours and organisation vary depending on the department and role: we discuss these in more detail during the interview.
More than your CV, what matters is how you work.
You could be a good fit for us if
- you want to understand what you do and the product you work with
- you are accurate and reliable even when working independently
- when in doubt, you prefer to ask rather than improvise
- you keep tasks and information organised for the people you work with
- you are comfortable using computers, software and digital tools
- you enjoy working with people from different teams and departments
Skills, experience and requirements vary depending on the position. If you think you could be a valuable addition to Beauty Luxury, apply: we will assess where your profile can bring the most value.
This is probably not the right place for you if
- you prefer to work on the same task and nothing else
- you tend to stop whenever something falls outside your specific role
- you put off difficult tasks until they become urgent
- you need detailed instructions to handle every situation
What we bring to the table
Initial training
A structured introduction to our products, procedures and company tools, so you can gradually become fully independent in your role.
On-the-job support
During your onboarding, you will have people you can turn to, ask questions and learn from directly on the job.
A product worth knowing in depth
You will work with hot tubs, swim spas, saunas and steam baths that we know in every detail, from sales through to after-sales support.
Departments that work closely together
Our different business functions work side by side, making it quick and easy to find an answer or speak directly with the right colleague.
Professional growth
Over time, you can develop new skills, gain greater independence and take on more responsibility within your department.
Tools that help you work well
Software, procedures and information are organised to help you manage your work with greater clarity, continuity and less wasted time.
Before applying, you may want to know this.
Do I need experience in the industry?
Not necessarily. It depends on the role: for many positions, skills, attitude and the way you work matter most. Product knowledge and procedures are taught during onboarding.
Where is the job based?
The workplace is our headquarters in Rimini. Any specific working arrangements depend on the position.
How does onboarding work?
You start with training and on-the-job support. Independence comes gradually as you become familiar with our products, tools and procedures.
What happens after I submit my application?
We review your profile and match it with the areas where it could be most suitable. If a relevant opportunity comes up, we may contact you.
When will I receive a response?
If there is already a suitable open position, we may contact you quickly. For spontaneous applications, however, we may get back to you later when the right opportunity becomes available.
I found an open position that suits me. What should I do?
Apply directly through the job posting: this way, your profile will be assessed immediately for that specific position.
