Customer service clerk
To strengthen its team, we are looking for a candidate to join our Customer Service department, based in Rimini.
The role at a glance
The hard part isn’t answering. It’s understanding what’s happening 400 km away.
The customer tells you the tub is "making a strange noise", or that "a code has come up on the display". You can’t see the unit. You have to get to the problem with a handful of well-aimed questions.
We build the product ourselves and pick every single component with care. So when a real answer is needed, you have it.
After the sale, you are the company.
You look after customers who have already bought: phone, email and tickets in the system. You work out the problem, close it remotely when you can, and when you can’t you get a spare part or a technician moving.
No scripts. You learn the product - hot tubs, swim spas, saunas - and become the person the customer asks for.
From the first call to a clean queue
- 01
Open the queue
Tickets that came in overnight, callbacks pending, spare parts that landed in the warehouse. You know where you’re starting from.
- 02
Ask the right questions
Model, installation date, what the display shows, what the customer has already tried. That’s how a diagnosis is made - not on a hunch.
- 03
Solve it remotely
Most cases close over the phone, with the product sheet in front of you and a bit of method.
- 04
Bring in who’s needed
A part to order or a technician to schedule. The customer always knows what’s happening and when.
- 05
Close it and write it up
Two lines in the ticket: what happened, what you did. Whoever picks up the call tomorrow doesn’t start from scratch.
Based in Rimini, full time in the office. No travel.
Who we’re looking for - and who we’re not
This is for you if
- you stay calm on the phone even when the person on the other end isn’t
- you’re quick on a computer: CRM, email, spreadsheets, searching
- you like understanding how things work, technical things included
- your English is good enough to email a supplier or read a spec sheet
- when you say "I’ll call you back Thursday", you call back on Thursday
The specific requirements for the role - qualifications, experience, licences - are in the posting.
This isn’t for you if
- you’re after a switchboard job: here you own the problem, you don’t pass it on
- you get irritated when someone explains a fault badly - that’s normal, the customer isn’t a technician
- you think writing the ticket note is wasted time
