Sales office clerk
To strengthen its team, the company is seeking 3 candidates to join its Sales Department, based in Rimini.
The role at a glance
Closing isn’t the hard part. Finding someone who listens is.
If you have done phone sales you know how it goes: bought lists, wrong numbers, annoyed people who never asked anyone for anything. By Friday, a handful of real conversations out of hundreds of wasted calls.
Here the work is built the other way round: the contact comes before the call.
You don’t convince a stranger. You understand someone who already wrote to us.
The people you call have seen our products, filled in a form, asked for a quote. They know who we are and they are waiting for a call back. Your job is to take them from curiosity to order.
We sell hot tubs, swim spas, saunas and wellness solutions, made to measure with configurable colours and options. Nobody buys a spa out of necessity: they buy it because they want it. Every deal you close counts.
From the morning queue to the signed order
- 01
Open the CRM
The day’s contacts are already there, assigned and ordered by priority.
- 02
Call and listen
Work out whether they want an outdoor hot tub, a swim spa or a sauna.
- 03
Configure and quote
Put together the right solution - sizes, colours, options - and send the offer.
- 04
Follow the open deals
Some need to talk to a partner, some are waiting on installation, some are comparing. Follow-up is where deals close.
- 05
Handle objections and negotiate
Price, timing, installation. Then take the customer to signature.
- 06
Update the CRM
Delivery and installation are handled by other departments. You go back to selling.
No door-to-door. No field representation. No prospecting on territory.
Who we’re looking for, and who we’re not
This is for you if
- you have a strong commercial instinct and no fear of the phone
- you build trust within a few minutes of conversation
- you listen more than you talk
- you think in targets, not hours at a desk
- you handle an objection without tensing up and a follow-up without forgetting it
- you are comfortable with computers and digital tools
- you are precise, organised and work well in a team
Preferred: experience in phone or consultative sales, managing negotiations, CRM use, knowledge of English.
This is not for you if
- you want a quiet job where the phone rarely rings
- you consider the CRM red tape: here it is the tool you work with
- you give up after the second call back - valuable deals close on the third or fourth contact
